**Plan 1 & 2 operate on a 4-week cycle**

*PLAN 1: $310/month gets you two 1-hour phone calls each week. (Phone/Zoom per your request)

- A custom email recap of items discussed during each session
- The coach will offer you podcasts, books, websites, relevant video content from influential speakers of related
  content around the topic of our coaching discussions, to enhance your growth
- Access to the coach via email & text throughout your month for Q&A, tips, and feedback
- The coach will offer 1 activity/week as homework for the client to apply towards personal growth
- The coach will offer creative yet interactive COVID safe date ideas
- The coach may be able to set you up with other singles depending on available singles willing to be set up
- Support with online dating profiles (pros and cons of sites, set up, recommendations, best communication
  practices, help with messages, and more)
- Make recommendations for new ways to meet singles
- Optional prayer & Biblical truths to share that align with your goals

*PLAN 2: $170/month gets you four 1- hour phone calls each week. (Phone/Zoom per your request)

- A custom email recap of items discussed during each session
- Access to the coach via email & text throughout your month for Q&A, tips, and feedback
- The coach will offer creative COVID safe date ideas
- The coach will offer recommendations on how to creatively meet singles
- The coach will offer an activity twice a month as homework for the client to apply towards personal growth
- Support with online dating profiles (pros and cons of sites, set up, recommendations, best communication
  practices, help with messages, and more)
- Optional prayer & Biblical truths to share that align with your goals


*ONE TIME PLAN* 1-time sessions for $39.99, for a 45-minute call. (Phone Call)
- Once the consultation concludes, the coach will email the client an email of related topics to cover during the
  session.
  No emailed notes, no access for Q&A or text.


Life Coaching will work as a 4-week cycle:
1. Where are YOU? (assessment)
2. Where are you hoping to go? (creating a plan)
3. How do you want to transform? (transformation track)
4. How is the growth going? (where has transformation taken place)
