📓 簡介：
認識多元文化下跨性別和非二元性別族群前，我們如何區分性別與生理性別、性別認同、性別表達和性取向之間的差異，以及了解這些概念之間的關聯？跨性別和非二元性別族群面臨著獨特的心理和社會挑戰，面對特殊需求，如何提供具備質量的諮商工作品質？
除了在一般體制下的諮商技巧之外，這門講座期許能夠帶來的視野，是認識多元文化下中跨性別和非二元性別族群族群與日常經驗的差異，並且能夠辨識出這些差異為他們的生活帶來什麼樣的困難與挑戰。
而更重要的是，身為助人工作者的我們，將如何進而透過專業技能，發展出有效支持多元文化群體的工作方法與態度。
💡 講座重點 Learning Objectives：
♢ Define and understand distinctions between sex and gender, gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation
♢ Recognize specific psychological distress and behavioral health challenges encountered by people who are nonbinary or transgender
♢ Define and understand basics of gender-affirming health care for nonbinary or transgender clients
♢ Identify actions to create safety and therapeutic care for nonbinary and transgender individuals in your community
♢ Develop a resource list for nonbinary and transgender client care
