Survey: Fruitland School District Schedule Options
A committee to explore options to aid in teacher recruitment and teacher retention has been created at the Fruitland School District.  One option being discussed is the possibility of moving to a 4-day school week in lieu of a traditional 5-day school week.  Recently other districts in our area have changed to a 4-day school week, including Payette, Homedale, New Plymouth, Notus, and others.

This is only a survey to gauge parent, staff, and patron interest in a different kind of schedule.  There are many factors to consider, but ultimately, if a decision is made to change our schedule, it will be done with one major  consideration:  what's best for students.

If the schedule were to change, it would have to be approved by the Board of Trustees.

Please complete this anonymous survey by Friday, January 7, 2022.
