Welcome to your Birthday Party at Kanata GymnoSphere!
We are thrilled to host the birthday party for your athlete(s). In the form below, we have made note of party rules and information needed to run a smooth party. Please fill this out as soon as your party has been booked!

The party package will be provided on the date of your party upon arrival. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the start time of your party.

How many children will be attending the party? *Every package includes 9 guests and the birthday child. Any additional guests are $20, please email  parties@kanatagymnastics.ca!   prior to making the upgrade* *
Acknowledgement - Plates, forks, napkins and tablecloth will be supplied by Kanata GymnoSphere. Food is not supplied at this time. *We recommend bringing candles, a lighter, and distribution utensils* Which colour would you prefer? *
Acknowledgement - The party guest list will be completed on the date of the party for guests' emergency contact purposes. *
Acknowledgement - A PDF copy of the waiver is included on the email sent along with this form. There will also be waivers to be completed at the start time of the party if required. Each guest must complete the waiver. *
Acknowledgement - All guests under the age of 3, must be accompanied by a parent at all times. *
Acknowledgement - When gym portion is finished, all guests must remain in the party room until pick up time. *
Acknowledgement - After the party, all the children must be picked up in the lobby area. *
Acknowledgement - Participants will clean after themselves at the end of the party. *
