Embroidered Cap and Bucket Hat Custom Form
Thank you for participating in our RagaBabe custom embroidered cap and bucket hat stocking!  
SIZING:
Baby/Toddler sizes fit approx. age 1-5.  For a 'big headed' 4 or 5 year old, I would move up to the adult size.
Patches are meant to fray around the edges and will continue to fray more over time.
After purchase, please fill out the form separately for each hat that you purchased.  Please take your time and double check your selections as once submitted, your form is final.  Please fill out all forms by Friday, June17th at 10pm CT!
All hats will be ordered on Friday based on what is chosen on your forms.  Depending on sales, it will be approximately a 1-2 week wait.
Embroidery disclaimer: Minor imperfections in embroidery stitching are very normal.  You may see some stitching fall outside of the border, slight gaps between border and stitching or stitches that are not completely smooth.

Please select your hat STYLE, SIZE and COLOR.  Hats will have the regular velcro back unless otherwise noted.  The criss cross back also has adjustable velcro and can accommodate a ponytail.  See website for pics! *
Inventory is constantly changing as far as what hat colors are available.  I plan to put the order in for purchasing hats ASAP on Monday morning, BUT, if the color you selected is no longer available, I need to know how to proceed quickly.  Please note below both a 2nd and 3rd color choice (or change of style/color/size). You may make note of any other changes as far as embroidery or colors if a hat change is needed.  If you would prefer I contact you if your color style is out, please note 'contact me' below. This is not likely, but is possible. *

You may make brief embroidery color suggestions here.  (Limit 10 words). See below for thread color options.  You may suggest specific colors or give us your general vision, 'Traditional colors',  'Neon funky GN' or 'Pastel Girly with some variegated', for example.  Swim Shady, Alien, Star, RB , Rad and Rooster have 'blends'.  Pizzacorn and Rex do not.  Reminder that these are suggestions and although we do our best, we cannot always capture your vision.  Unfortunately, we cannot offer a remake for a missed vision or misinterpretation of your suggestion. (Warning, if you go longer than 10 words, you risk your request being cut off).  Available thread colors: red, orange, yellow, neon green, teal, light blue (Ltblue), bright blue (blue), royal, lavender, medium purple (Medpurp), purple, silver, gold, tan, brown, neon pink (pink), light pink (LtPink), fuchsia, black, white, berry  (BV),  pink rainbow variegated (PRV),  blue/green variegated (BGV), blue/white striped (BWS), pink/white striped (PinkWS), green/white striped (GWS), purple/white striped (PurpleWS), pink/purple variegated (PPvari), Rainbow Variegated (Rainbowvari), Mocha Variegated (MochaV) and Green/Purple Variegated (grn/purpV).  Please no more than 1 or 2 variegated thread requests per design!  (No glow thread for this stocking).
