I understand that if I borrow an equipment item from the SSS program, I will be responsible for its reasonable care and maintenance during the semester. Furthermore, I acknowledge the following: 1) I will return the item to SSS by and not later than the last day of finals, 2) I will be liable for any damaged, lost, or stolen items that are in my possession, 3) I will be liable for any items kept longer than necessary thus making the current edition obsolete, and 4) Liability will place a hold in my student account, which might prevent me from registration and/or graduation. The hold will be removed item is returned or paid for accordingly. *
