Gendered Indigeneity

Transformations: Action on Equity, brought together international and Australian speakers who are actively creating new futures for the built environment professions and the communities they serve. It provides an opportunity to learn from leading practitioners and academics, to share ideas with colleagues and to enhance your knowledge of the gender equity in the built environment professions and practice.

Transformations was a collaboration between Parlour and the Melbourne School of Design, University of Melbourne, 14 & 15 November, 2020. It was convened by Justine Cark, Julie Willis and Anna Hurliman.

In this session Sarah Lynn Rees (Palawa, JCB Architects, Melbourne) and Carroll Go-Sam (Dyirbal bama, UQ, Brisbane) discuss the intersections of Indigeneity and gender intersect.
