The criteria for the John Fischer Rotary Hope Award are as follows:

• This person is very dedicated to the cause/mission that he/she represents.
• This person has made (and continues to make) a significant difference in the lives of many people and gives them hope for the future.
• This person’s efforts are under recognized and he/she is not all that well known in the Twin Cities area.
• This person is not a member of this Rotary club.
