TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering for this relief worker list, you must read, acknowledge and agree to the following:

- Individuals on this list will only be contacted for relief cleaning, caretaking or supervisory work at Moyallon PS.
- Registration on this list is not a guarantee of work at Moyallon PS in this school year or in the future.
- Any work offered will be in a paid capacity. Rates of pay will be dependent on the role and the experience of the individual. This will be shared with the individual if and when an offer of work is made.
- Accepting an offer of work will be dependent on the individual agreeing to adhere to the Moyallon PS Staff Code of Conduct. Signed agreement must be given before commencing work for the first time.
- Cleaning and caretaking work offered will not include the supervision of pupils.
- Lunch time supervision work will include supervision of pupils and will therefore require the individual to complete an Access NI check at a cost to the individual. This is a one off cost.
- Experience is preferred but not essential.
- [GDPR] The personal details of individuals who complete this form will be kept on file for the academic year 2021/22 and will be used solely by the senior management of the school for the purpose of identifying individuals available for relief cleaning, caretaking or lunch time supervisory work. We will not share your personal information with any other party e.g. another school.
