Thank you for taking time to take part in this survey.  This will be the start of the registration process for the 2021-22 PSR year.  I know all families are in a different place when it comes to their comfort level with COVID and that is understandable.  That being the case, I would like to provide multiple options for the upcoming school year to help everyone be able to further grow in their faith at their own comfort level.
