I'm super excited to invite you back for our first crop since January 2020!  It's very important that you read over the following information carefully.  

Our fundraising crop will be held on Saturday, October 16, 10am to 9pm.
Location: Hope Fellowship Church, 1685 Bloor St. E. in Courtice
Cost: $30 per person

We will need to follow all public health guidelines as it pertains to masking and vaccine requirements.  As Ontario law states, you must be fully vaccinated to attend this event.  I must ask for your proof of vaccination, so please be prepared to present your receipts along with ID.  You will be considered fully vaccinated if your second dose was administered before Oct. 2.  Everyone in attendance will be required to wear a mask all day, unless eating or drinking.

Here are some things to know.  There will be no food or drink offered, other than bottled water, so you will need to bring your own or go out to pick some up.  You will not have access to the kitchen, so keep that in mind as you pack.  I will open access to the microwaves for a limited time for dinner.  All eating and drinking will happen at your own table.  All tables will be spaced out a bit to allow for 6' social distancing, which also means I only have limited spots available.  I will be cleaning high touch surfaces throughout the day, but it is your responsibility to maintain social distancing.  You will need to complete screening questions before attending or when you arrive.  I will send an email with a link to a separate google form with those questions that you can complete in the day or two before the event.  There will be no make 'n' take classes this time.  There will be a waiting list if seats sell out.

Refunds/Cancellations: If for *any* reason you can not attend, whether that be that you are no longer comfortable with the requirements as they may change, or you become symptomatic, you will be given a full refund, sent in the same method of payment, as soon as possible.

**Please be aware that there is a risk in attending this in-person event.  I cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to COVID-19.  Hope Fellowship Church and I cannot be held responsible should you become exposed or ill.  If you do test positive for COVID-19 within the 2 weeks after the crop, you must let me know.

Please be sure to answer each required question even if you think I already have your information.  Registration is not considered complete until this form is filled in and payment has been accepted.  I will notify you when payment has been received and your seat has been confirmed, or if you will be added to the wait list.  Refunds will be issued to anyone on the wait list not able to attend.
