M.Phil. - 2018-2019 (Full Time) BATCH

M.Phil. - 2017-2019 (Part Time) BATCH


A Students who received their Provisional Certificate only can register.


Instructions for Candidates

1. You are requested to be seated in the hall at least two hours earlier to the commencement of the function.
2. Immediately after your arrival, you have to register your name in the registration  counter. You will be provided there with entry form, graduation gown, etc.,
3. Reporting of candidates will be closed by 04.00 pm.
4. Every Graduate should attend the rehearsal at 04.05 pm.
 5. When you are attending the function you can be accompanied by  two
    Persons only(Your Father, Mother or Guardian).
6. Graduates are requested to keep silence in the graduation hall.
7. Bring your identity card or ID Proof ( Govt. Norms).
8. Using Cell Phone inside the Graduation Hall is strictly prohibited.
9. Children are not permitted.
10. Graduates are requested to wear  formal dress( JEANS PANT, JEANS SHIRT &
      T- SHIRT not allowed).        
11. Gown amount Rs.200 (Refundable).
12. Late comers will not be permitted to attend the function.
