2024 Chesapeake 4-H Camp Registration
Applications accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Please complete the application below to start the registration for Chesapeake 4-H Camp. All completed forms will be automatically time and date stamped. You will be notified by an Extension staff member as to whether or not your child has a spot. If full, you will be automatically placed on a waiting list in the order received. Payment, and 4-H Online enrollment need to all be completed within one week of notification of an available space. If all of the items mentioned are not received within that week, your child's spot will be given to the next family on the waiting list.
