RHS Parent Transcript Release Form
Each year RISD receives inquiries for education records and information from institutions with which its students seek college admission.  The district has prepared the following authorization that parents/ guardians must submit to authorize the release of their student's records and information to colleges with whom the student has or may seek admission to.  This form has been sent to your student's g.risd.org email and the parent/guardian email provided in Focus. The form can be viewed on the College & Career website page.

The Parent Consent Acknowledgment form was sent to all RHS seniors and the parent/guardian's email address in Focus.  By selecting Option 1- "I Acknowledge", parents/ guardians are stating that "I have read, reviewed and agree to the RISD Authorization For Electronic Release of Student Educational Information & Records to Colleges for my student". *
