Welcome!! We are excited to host another SHEN-ROCK season and to continue supporting youth mountain biking in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley!

Please complete the following form to register your child for SHEN-ROCK Spring 2023 practices.  Please complete a new form for each rider.   Deadline to register for the team is March 31, 2023.  Due to several embedded links we suggest you complete this form on a computer and not your phone.
