The mission of Choral Arts is to welcome all interested singers; however we need to consider balance as the choir grows. We are aiming for a minimum 2:1 ratio between treble and lower voices, so that 20 lower voices allow for 40 treble voices. As the number of lower voices increases beyond 20, the more treble singers we can welcome in. Places are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis, with preference given to veteran singers with consistent / well-communicated attendance and those who can sing on each of the four concert dates. You will be notified if you are on our wait list and we should note that the soprano and alto sections are already at capacity (while the bass section remains under 10 voices.) The more we work together to recruit basses, the more we can grow! The official registration link will be sent the beginning of August.
