Shared Housing Process 

A family in a Shared Housing situation will answer the question related to Shared Housing within the OLR application to trigger the Shared Housing portion of OLR. Once the family has submitted the OLR application with the proper notarized Shared Housing documents the Shared Housing Department will review the application. The Shared Housing Department will update the status to the appropriate category of either “Shared Housing Approved,” “Shared Housing Error,” or “Shared Housing Incomplete.” Incomplete applications will need to be reviewed by the family and resubmitted. The Shared Housing Department will email the family to inform them of what documents are incorrect/missing. When “Shared Housing Approved” and “Shared Housing Error” statuses are selected, schools will then review the OLR application to complete enrollment for the student.

If you are residing outside of our attendance zone and wish to keep your child enrolled at Conners you must submit an application for Change of School Assignment.  You may do this by going to: http://itsyourchoice.ccsd.net/change-of-school-assignment/ Once your application is accepted you can complete this form.

Your child(ren) will not be assigned to a class until this form has been submitted with all of the CORRECT information.  Please be sure you are entering the CORRECT information. Forms received with the incorrect information will not be processed.
