I understand that to participate in the event: *
1.  Fully vaccinated persons with a first booster may attend Middlehaven events without restriction. Attendees must show proof at check-in. Please see our full policy here.
2. Middlehaven Inc. reserves the right to check my temperature and ask health screening questions for entry to the event.
3. Middlehaven Inc. reserves the right to require me to leave the event if I become ill or show signs of illness. (Any Attendee who becomes ill or does not feel well before the event should not attend. The cost of their registration will be applied to a future event.)
4. These requirements are subject to change at any time. Middlehaven Inc. will immediately publish any changes.
5. I am responsible for my own food. No food will be served or provided by Middlehaven Inc.  If I wish to ‘share food’ with other attendees, it is arranged between adults, and is at my own risk.

REGISTRATION
- Registration cost for a player character is $65 IF PAID NO LATER THAN EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE

- Registration cost after the deadline is $75

- First time players and half-NPCs are 50% of the registration, based on the date paid ($32.50 by the deadline, $37.50 after)

- Double PCs: For Players wishing to register two PCs at full XP, a registration and payment must be completed for each character. For half XP per character, please only register once.

Sleeping Arrangements *
In game sleeping means plot may happen while you're trying to sleep. Out of game sleep provides some privacy, but requires us to rent a cabin, which is why there's an additional fee.
Service Shift
Please tells us about any preferences or requirements you have for service shift, e.g. heavy PC makeup or costuming, latex allergy, prefers to be a crunchie on combat plots, prefers roleplay roles, etc.

Service Shifts are divided between Friday Night, Saturday AM / Saturday PM, Sunday Morning. If you do not provide a time frame, we will assume you have no preference.
