There have been some changes to IT provision following the merger to ED&P - a new website, portal set up, softphones etc. This survey aims to check what IT equipment is in use and to help identify any training requirements.

3. The softphones rely on your internet and call quality can be affected by the WiFi, as well as the age of the laptop. The software/app can also be downloaded to a mobile phone as well as a computer. If you are using a softphone, please can you let us know how this is working for you. Tick all that apply:
