Fill out this form if you'd like a yard sign for your fall high school athlete with their last name and jersey number (where applicable). Cost is $16. They'll be available for pickup in the high school office or with their coaches after practice. Signs are double sided and come with the stake to put into the ground. Please submit multiple forms if ordering multiple signs. Pay by cash or check payable to HLWW. Payment goes to Danielle on 8/14 at the PAC meeting or in the activities office. Signs can't be ordered until payment is received.
