Vendor Spaces are first come first basis. You are not registered for the event until your application and payment have been received. You will be notified once received with marketing information to share with your best customers.

ONCE YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED ,YOU WILL GET AN INVOICE SENT FROM EMPOWERHER DIRECT LINK TO PAY THROUGH SQUARE. TO SECURE YOUR SPACE THERE IS 50% OF THE PAYMENT DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS. THE REMAINING OF THE PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN FIVE or SEVEN DAYS .

CANCELLATION POLICY
THE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. THE REFUNDS ARE MADE ONLY IF THE ARE NO MAKE UP DATE.

Each exhibitor agrees to hold harmless show management from any and liability that might ensure from any cause. I accept all responsibility of selling during the time that I am at the Empowerher event. I am fully accountable and responsible for all activity that happens in the event space provided by Empowerher. Empoweher assumes no responsibility for any injury, accident or property damage is cause by negligence of Exhibitor, his/ her agent employee that occurs on the premises during any event.

DAMAGES: You are not allowed to hang/tape(command strip) anything on the walls. You are responsible for any damage incurred in your booth(space). Please have your space inspected before you leave. Empoweher are not responsible for Stolen or damage items.
