Packet Pick-up (Friday before the Tri)
Early Race Set-up: Setting up transition area, registration tables, snack/award tables
Registration Table (before race): Signing in racers, handing out race packets if not picked up, marking up athletes for race.
Water table
Transition Area- Assisting racers with setting up their transition and during transition
Swim Wave - organizing racers into waves, directing them from pool to transition area.
Bike Route Rider - rides the route, monitors athletes, follows up the last racers
Bike Route Flagger - directing racers, directing traffic - must know the correct routes for grade levels
Running Route - directing racers (must know the race routes for grade levels), keeping routes/entrances/exits clear from spectators
Post Race - finisher medals - handing out medals at the finish line
Post Race - Water/Food/Snacks - manning the snack/food table
Post Race - Awards Ceremony & raffle -
Post Race Clean-up - garbage, equipment, route signs, cones etc.
Medical Tent (only for certified/qualified)
Race Timing Truck Coordinator - assists the timing company during and after the race
