We know there will be impacts from the lack of migrant farm workers, the closing of restaurants and farmers markets, and many other things.

Please fill in this super short survey (less than 5 minutes), and we will look for trends and opportunities for quick and long term wins to support you.

We will never sell, share, or distribute your personal details.  We are collecting contact info and farm name only so that we can follow up to clarify your response or get back to you with specific solutions.

If you are already on our email list, we will tag you as a farmer, so we can start to send targeted messages. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time.

We plan to aggregate the data in meaningful ways that can inform the development of solutions, and will send those results out publicly, to funders, partners, and the media.  We may use direct quotes to illustrate the report, but won’t identify the specific farm unless we ask you first.

We will reach out to everyone who filled in the survey as of 9am on Friday the 20th to let them know about this new use of information, and will address any concerns they may have.
