If You are interested to help people amidst the pandemic and if you are resident of Barasat Municipality area, fill up this form. We are organising a Barasat based covid warrior workforce.We want your fullest participation. Before submit the form please read all job roles.

Type Of Contribution *

Field Worker ( Those who can deliver life saving facilities in your locality -- owning bike or cycle would be a great help )

Social Media Handler ( Those who can consult different queries on social media from their home -- they should provide atleast two to three hours per day and should be the most active in the groups)

Consultants ( Their job is to co-ordinate with social media handlers, collect contact information of patients, directly contact the patients and in case of emergency refer those cases to the Master Admin -- Contributors from medical background are most preferable. Should be online for three to four hours)

Master Admin ( Their Job is to co-ordinate with consultants and field workers, they will contact local authority or hospitals if needed -- Master Admin needs to be online five to six hours)
