Application for 2023 WARP Conference – Held at Kent State University, July 13-16, 2023

WARP Assistantship recipients will be involved in a range of conference activities. These activities may include welcoming attendees at registration, setting up and putting away furniture and equipment, assisting with field trip logistics, copying and distributing materials, helping with the Marketplace and Auction, and solving problems. Work assignments will be made and supervised by WARP's Executive Director and Board members. Assistants will have time to attend sessions so they can fully participate in the conference.

Recipients must arrive by 12:00 pm on Thursday, July 13 and plan to stay until 1:00 pm on Sunday, July 16th. Shared-room lodging and those meals included in the registration fee are provided; the conference fee is waived. Applicants are responsible for their own transportation and meals, as well as a summary of their experience and photo for WARP’s website.
