Dinner with 7 Strangers (DW7S)
The idea is simple: attend a dinner with students, faculty, and staff to share a good meal, good conversation, and a good time. The program provides an opportunity for a great evening of socializing and networking.

Many times our campus lives are compartmentalized around what clubs and departments we are part of, and yet there is a huge opportunity to get to know people outside of our specific interest areas at Endicott.

We encourage participants to move outside of their comfort zones, try new experiences, and explore the possibilities.

It’s more than just a meal…

The phrase “Dinner with 7 Strangers” may sound unusual, but the program aims to build and strengthen the Endicott community. It connects students with faculty and staff and other students. In addition to the good food and conversation, the program offers members of our community the opportunity to meet others outside of their usual group and for faculty and staff to meet and hear about the Endicott experience from a student perspective.

What happens at the dinner?

One person at the table is asked to open the discussion by having everyone introduce themselves. As dinner is served the table can begin to answer and discuss the questions on the table that have been prepared ahead of time. The table will have 2 faculty or staff and 5 students.

When and Where?

Post Center(Hospitality Suite), Wednesday February 28th, 5-6:30pm. Please RSVP by February 16.

Dinner is sponsored by The Office of Student Transitions
