Aldersgate Bus Trip to Sight & Sound Theatres

We will meet at the church at 8:30am on 8/17 and take a coach bus to Sight & Sound Theatres!
Pack your own sandwich to eat for lunch on the way home, but drinks, chips/snacks, and dessert will be provided.
We will arrive back at Aldersgate at about 3:30pm after the show.

The cost of the trip is $95- this includes your ticket, bus fare, and snacks. If you have to cancel (and we cannot replace your spot for another person), your bus fare is nonrefundable, but your ticket to Sight & Sound can be traded for a voucher that never expires. WE DO NOT WANT MONEY TO BE A BARRIER FOR YOU TO ATTEND THIS TRIP. If you would like some assistance with the cost, please reach out to Emily Green and we would be happy to help.

The cost of the bus trip is $95. We appreciate if you could as soon as possible. However, the due date to pay is Friday, July 8th. How would you like to pay?

Check - Write it out to "Aldersgate United Methodist Church" with "Sight & Sound" in the memo. You can put it in Emily's mailbox in the Hub.

Online at aldersgatede.org - go to the online donations page at find "Sight & Sound." If you pay by credit card please make sure to add a few dollars for the processing fee.

Cash- Please put it in a sealed envelope with your name on the front along with "Sight & Sound." Give it to Emily directly of put in her mailbox.
