VBS '21 Volunteer Registration at WHLC
Thank you for checking out VBS volunteering! We are so thrilled to have your assistance as we plan this fun week. Due to our safety guidelines for the Pandemic, volunteering will look a little different this year. You'll find our COVID protocols for volunteers later in this registration form.

We are currently trying to keep student cohorts around 10 students max, with no more than 2-3 volunteers per group. Volunteers can either help with individual age groups or with the larger rotations, which feature interaction with all the age groupings. Please note that certain volunteer activities provide a higher risk factor to possible spread than others! Please consider what volunteer position will be safest for you!

*MASKS MUST BE WORN IN THE BUILDING AT ALL TIMES

*SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE MAINTAINED DURING EACH ROTATION

*EACH GROUP IS PROVIDED A BAG OF EXTRA MASKS & HAND SANITIZER FOR AS NEEDED SITUATIONS

*THE COVID-19 VACCINE IS NOT REQUIRED TO HELP, HOWEVER ---->
----> WE RECOMMEND THAT THOSE ELIGIBLE GET VACCINATED DO SO PRIOR TO HELPING, DUE TO THE CLOSE PROXIMITY    .   ----> VOLUNTEERS WILL HAVE TO GROUPS OF KIDS. IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO GET VACCINATED, WE SUGGEST YOU
----> CONSIDER HELPING WITH A SINGLE AGE GROUP, TO REDUCE THE RISK OF POSSIBLE EXPOSURE.

Would you prefer to work with a certain Team (Age Group)?
With the exception of opening & closing, students will stay in their own grade groupings (teams) throughout the day. Working with one student groups presents a lower exposure risk than working with a rotation, which sees every team rotate through.
