Business Directory Listing Request Form
The City of Franklin has recently refreshed our website! We are asking businesses to participate in our new online business directory. This directory will be featured on our website, and we encourage you to fill out as much of the information on this form as possible to provide our end users with the best experience and most ease in finding your business.

Your listing will include your social media profiles, logo, email address, physical and mailing address and a brief description of what your business offers its clients. Not all fields are required, however, we do encourage you to be as thorough as possible!
