Sophisticatz Karaoke Party Form

Please fill out and submit this form if you would like to have a party with us. You can also fill out this form for more information about our party packages, or by reaching out to us at 810-314-9269 or sophisticatzkaraoke@gmail.com.

All parties are two hours long, and they are held in one of our private karaoke rooms, our party room, or our lobby, Motown. You will automatically be placed in a room depending on your group size. Everyone attending, whether singing or not, needs to be counted for accurate placement.

You will be required to pay for any necessary room upgrades if your party exceeds room capacity.

5 or less guests: $100 for a two hour room rental (karaoke included)

6-15 guests: $175 for a two hour room rental (karaoke included)

16-45 guests: $250 for a two hour room rental (karaoke DJ included)

A $50 deposit is required when your party date/time is confirmed to hold your party. We can take this deposit over the phone at 810-314-9269, or we can email you a link to our payment page once we confirm your date/time.

Once this form is completed, we will reach out to you to confirm your party date/time within 48 hours.

After-hours parties are available for an additional fee. Please reach out to us or fill out this form to learn more about our after-hours parties.

You are allowed to bring in your own food. There is a refundable $50 cleaning fee if you bring outside food into the store. If the party area rented is clean upon check-out, the cleaning fee is returned to you.
