Please fill out the form below to get involved in the Christmas in Cle Elum parade on December 5th. Everyone is invited to be a "float", and there is no cost! This years "reverse parade" will include NON-MOVING floats lining up in a designated space on the gravel on Railroad between Pennsylvania and Bullitt, and viewers to drive through moving East Railroad Ave- the only way we are able to legally host the parade this year. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION BY DECEMBER 1ST, AND WE WILL EMAIL YOU A PARKING NUMBER ON DECEMBER 3RD. YOU CAN ALSO SIGN UP IN PERSON ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT FROM 4:30-5:30.

The day of the event, we will mark each parking space with numbers so you are sure where to park, and will have staff on site to help direct you.

Agenda- December 5th, 2020
4pm-5:30pm: Floats park in numbered spots
6pm: Parade begins (cars begin driving East down Railroad Ave)
7pm: Fireworks begin- they will be shot at a higher elevation for observance from the Cle Elum area

Release & Agreement: In consideration of and to permit my participation in showing one or more vehicles, floats or various types of parade entries in Christmas in Cle Elum Parade to be held in Cle Elum, Washington on December 5th 2020, I hereby acknowledge and accept the risk of possible personal injury resulting from or caused by my participation in The Christmas in Cle Elum Parade. I hereby acknowledge and affirm my continued willingness and desire to participate. Further, and of my own free consent and volition and in consideration of my participation in the Christmas in Cle Elum Parade, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Cle Elum, The Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce, Cle Elum Downtown Association, and all other affiliated sponsors and volunteers and do hereby waive claims for any and all injuries causes of action, or damages that I or my vehicle(s) main sustain while participating in The Christmas in Cle Elum Parade. By checking the box below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability and I am signing it voluntarily. I acknowledge that I am participating in a parade that requires me to operate or handle equipment, floats or livestock in a manner which complies with all local, state and federal laws and meeting safety requirements set forth by the City of Cle Elum and The Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce I will not take any action that would pose a risk of personal injury or damage to any property during the Christmas in Cle Elum Parade, and I take full responsibility for those involved in my entry. I agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the Christmas in Cle Elum Parade on behalf of myself and all others in my entry.
