Group Polo Shirt Orders
We are looking at doing an order of group polo shirts for all of the young people and helpers of the group. These can be worn instead of a squirrels/beavers/cubs polo shirt, or when outside the hut on activities when advised by leaders. Please could you fill out the below questions to let us know if you would like to order your child a polo shirt. They cost £9.50 for a child's size shirt and £11.40 for an adult size (No charge for leaders/regular helpers) Example photo is below. 

Please pay into the group bank account using the reference '[Child's name], Shirt'. If you are ordering for multiple children please complete this form separately for each child. Please complete by the 31st of July and we shall hand the shirts out in the new term.
