TransFormative is a group for trans-identified, nonbinary, third gender, gender queer, gender nonconforming and questioning students to explore and practice building safe and supportive community in a co-created and therapeutic setting. This group is run as a process and support group and meant to foster interpersonal relationship building, peer-supported growth and exploration, healing and celebrating, and safe community engagement. Topics of exploration and processing will include coming out, transitioning, dysmorphias, identity exploration and expression, embodiment, internalized phobias and biases, family and friends, dating, self-esteem, efficacy, empowerment, and many others.
