Edge Fitness Cancellation Request
For your protection we have centralised this process via online submission so the local gym does not handle cancellation request. You will receive a confirmation email and our Head Office will follow up to ensure you are satisfied.
In order to process your cancellation:
We request that any outstanding fees are settled before hand; if you are in arrears with your account our Debt Department will contact you to make payment arrangements.
The cancellation fee will be calculated at 40% of the remaining value of your contract
If you are outside of your contract period, one month notice is required and confirmation email will be sent to you stating the last debit order due to Edge Fitness.
If you have paid for your membership in cash, we will process a refund to you for 60% of the remaining contract value.
