This is the official registration form to sign-up to travel with us for the bus trip and lunch cruise on board the Spirit of Washington in Washington, DC. This is an day trip that will leave Macedonia Baptist Church (10246 Northumberland Highway, Heathsville, Virginia) at 7:30 AM and return by 4:30 PM on September 23, 2023. The cost is $125 per person. You may pay in installments with the first payment totaling $85 due by July 27 and the second payment of $40 due by August 17. Payment types will be detailed in completing this form.
