SHREK THE MUSICAL JR Registration (BOTS Junior)
Thank you for registering! If you have multiple students, please fill out a separate form per student. The Parent Meeting is Wednesday, May 31, 2023 from 6-7 PM. Rehearsals begin Monday, June 5, 2023 with performances on July 13 - 15, 2023.

Please fill out ALL of the information below. Once registration has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation that will include instructions to set up payment. I understand the program cost is $149 (normally $200 per participant - no additional fees) and is due upon completion of this form. *
A show shirt (show logo on front, cast list with names on the back) is included for each student since they will be performing in them. Some adults like to purchase extra show shirts for their student(s) or for themselves. This is NOT required or necessary but we like to give the option. Each additional shirt is $20.
