Learn how to do Lindy Hop: a fun, creative and energetic social dance passed down from generation to generation in NYC. Focused on rhythm, connection and improvisation, this series will show new students the language of swing for social dancing and beyond. No dance experience needed.

Grateful Pilates is a graceful way to free-up your grip (muscle tightness), access your core and become a long, lean and not only strong, but well-formed machine. I believe in neutral spine, slow thoughtful repetitions, proper form and customized choreography. Bodies are NOT one size fits all! I will help you learn how to access your core, not by sucking in your stomach, instead by stabilizing your trunk, utilizing your breath and mindfully moving with gratitude.
