Hello RMC students and families - please fill out this form in order to reserve your time slot for Fall 2022.  We will do our best to accommodate your preferences, and we will be in touch mid-August as we finalize September schedules.

Registration will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so please submit your requests as soon as you are able.

Please fill out *one form per student* so that we can easily process and fulfill your requests.  If you have a student who takes multiple lessons, please fill out a form for each teacher/instrument.
