This model release is for images of your child taken during the Imagination Destination 2024 Spring Photo event. By signing this release, you allow Liz Putnam Photography to use your child's images in marketing materials (Facebook, Instagram, website, printed materials). Your child's name will never be used in marketing materials, only their image.

Model Release
Parent grants the Photographer permission to use images their child (or children) in her portfolio and to promote her business, both online and in print. The only images included in this model release are those taken during the Imagination Destination Spring Photo event on April 2-5, 2024.

The Photographer reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication or other purposes. The person signing this contract warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend the Photographer in the event of litigation arising out of such use. Negatives, digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of this Photographer.

Parents are not required to sign this form to receive their child's images, only to opt-in for use in marketing materials.
