- Refunds will be accepted if progress has not begun on your commission - otherwise, I will not take refunds.
- As the artist, I have full rights to my work and claim the right to use the commissions I make for promotion purposes or otherwise.
- Additionally, the above criteria applies to the reference artwork provided alongside my character designs/adoptables. The artist retains all rights to the original reference work drawn, and must be credited as such if the image is reposted by the customer.
- I do not and will not create political/hate speech, NSFW/NSFL, heavily suggestive, extreme gore, or mecha/extreme machinery.
- Commissions may take up to a month to complete! Please be patient, as I do have responsibilities outside of my art.
- If/when I send you progress pictures, you can always ask for small changes, and these will come at no extra cost, so long as it does not modify the original request. If it does modify the original request, an additional tax will be requested.
- Using filters or altering the drawing in any way is not allowed UNLESS the customer is to (1) ask first, and (2) clarify said edits in any reuploads of the work.
- My commissions are for personal use only, so you may not sell commercially, mint as an NFT, or otherwise profit from my work yourself.
- Adoptables fall under similar criteria as outlined above; the characters I sell are for personal use only, so you may not sell commercially, mint as an NFT, or otherwise profit from my design yourself.
- The customer may use the artist’s work as their profile picture, repost the art online, or make printouts/keychains/stickers/etc. (FOR YOURSELF), with proper credit supplied.
