JCLC Conference Attendance Award
The 2022 JCLC Conference Attendance Award provides $1,500 to help support conference attendance with pre-payment of lodging, registration, and conference gala event. Twenty-five (25) scholarship recipients will be chosen to receive conference attendance funding. Any residual funding left after costs for lodging, registration, and gala are pre-paid will be used to support expenses with travel and food during the conference. If you are a first-time JCLC conference attendee, library staff or paraprofessional, library school student, or early career librarians (5 years or less), you are eligible for this conference scholarship award!
Scholarship recipients are expected to attend the entire conference, and required to submit an article/blog post to JCLC regarding their conference experience for use on the website to advertise future conferences. If you have been a recipient of a JCLC Scholarship Travel Award previously, you are not eligible for this award. Deadline for submission of applications is 5:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) on May 31st, 2022. For additional information, please see the guidelines.
