Please complete the following PreK3 Formal Partnership Enrollment Interest Survey to assist in identifying families interested in enrolling their three year old at one of the locations listed above.

This form does NOT automatically enroll you into the program, rather it declares your interest in their program. When a spot becomes available, the child care center will contact you directly to complete registration forms for the childcare center. United Way staff will verify eligibility criteria, and support enrollment with Round Rock ISD.  Contacting the child care center directly does NOT guarantee a spot on the interest list. Seats will be offered in the order the application was submitted.

Texas Education Agency (TEA) QUALIFIERS
Students must be 3 years old on or before September 1, 2023 and meet one of seven TEA set criteria for eligibility. The following information is required by all enrolling PreK3 students. Read more about TEA PreK3 eligibility criteria.
