Under Department of Education regulation 603 CMR 23.07 (4)  (a), the school may release certain information from officially recognized school activities in which your student athlete might be participating. This is done without your consent unless you indicate at this time any lack of consent on the list below. Typically this information is used for newspaper photos or articles in connection with school activity. It is easiest for the school if we can do this without numerous phone calls for permission but we understand there are specific conditions and concerns of which only you are aware. Please check below the areas of information you DO wish released without specific consent from you.
