Agreement and Rules
     The Walton County Board of Education provides transportation for most students to and from the school in which they are assigned based on residence.  Since transportation is provided, the operation of a motor vehicle by students on campus is a privilege.  *This privilege will be revoked by the administration at any time if school regulations are not followed.*  All vehicles must have the current school year parking sticker clearly displayed on the bottom corner of the driver’s side-inside windshield.  Students are not allowed to park in designated spaces for STAFF, VISITORS, or ON CROSSWALKS, ON CURBS, or IN GRASSY AREAS.  Students must only park in the designated student parking lot in their pre-assigned space.  Students who are not parked in designated student space, or who do not properly display the parking pass, may have a Warning Sticker placed on their vehicles. Students who move their vehicles to accommodate after-school activities may not do so until all buses have left the premises once school has dismissed for the day. Unauthorized vehicles on campus may be towed at the owner’s expense.

     School officials have the legal authority to conduct a search of any vehicle parked on campus if reasonable suspicion exists that illegal and/or forbidden items are contained in said vehicle.  Students who are excessively tardy or absent from school may lose parking privileges.  Students who leave campus without permission may have their parking permits revoked.  Neither Loganville High School nor Walton County Public Schools (including the Walton County Board of Education), assumes any responsibility for damages or loss to student vehicles while parked on campus.  Students park at their own risk.

     Students who do not follow these regulations may have their parking permits revoked and/or receive further disciplinary consequences.  No one will receive a refund of parking fees if the parking permit is revoked.  I have read, understand, and agree to all the rules and regulations for parking on the Loganville High School campus.

Parking Fee: $50.00 *All 2020-2021 Parking Permits must be purchased through MyPaymentsPlus.
By applying and paying for the parking permit the parent and the student agree to the rules.
