BOARD MEMBER QUALIFICATIONS:
   - Applicant must be a chamber member or employee of a chamber member who is in good standing
   - Be a member or employee of a member for at least one (1) year prior to January 1, 2023
    - Be at least 18 years of age
    - Acknowledge in writing both receipt of the list of Board of Director Duties and Responsibilities and an indication of willingness to perform them, if elected.

*Nominations may only be submitted by active members of the Springville-Mapleton Chamber of Commerce.
