If you are a resident of or belong to a congregation in Congressional District 8 (CD8), you're invited to a virtual meeting with Rep. Pete Stauber on Monday, April 12 at 3:30pm!

(NOTE: This is a new meeting date and time, as Rep. Stauber's office needed to reschedule from the March 29 meeting date!)

MNIPL is organizing meetings with our state's Congresspeople and people of faith in their districts. In these meetings, speakers will share a 1-2 minute story about why we need bold federal climate action in 2021. This is an important way to show the broad, deep support for climate action - and to pressure our elected leaders!

RSVP for this meeting with Rep. Stauber to receive the Zoom link. On April 12, we'll come together at 3:30pm for a 30-minute training with MNIPL staff. Rep. Stauber will then join us from 4-4:30pm.

Our list of speakers on the call is now set. You're invited to join the call as an audience member - the more people who attend, the stronger our message will be for climate action!

In addition, if you're interested in working with your faith or spiritual community to prepare a 1-2 minute statement to share with Rep. Stauber, please indicate so below. MNIPL staff will be in touch with you soon! There will be an opportunity to share your statement on social media after the meeting to continue to build our message with Rep. Stauber.
