Given our large number of performers and the venue capacity, we will organise three rounds. To make things flexible, each round will mix classical and pop music, different instruments, with both solo and group activities.
You can choose to stay at one, two or all three rounds (same price)!
PLEASE GIVE US AS MANY OPTIONS AS POSSIBLE!

Round 1: 9am-10.30am
(Teachers present: Domitille, Mikey, Metal, Hinson, Miranda, Yuki, Ivy, Cherry)

Round 2: 11am-12.30am
ALL POP CHOIR / MUSIC INDUCTION GROUPS
+  some time available for solo performances
(Teachers present: Domitille, Mikey, Metal, Hinson, Miranda, Ivy, Violaine, Irina, Nasthasia, Amel)

Round 3: 1pm-2.30pm
(Teachers present: Domitille, Mikey, Metal, Hinson, Miranda, Ray, Colin, Joel, Amel)

Daphne and Angela are not in Hong Kong that week-end. We will take good care of their students.
Victoria and Gabriel: to be confirmed very soon.

Please try to come when your teachers are present. If it's not possible, choose another time slot and the other teachers will make sure all students are happy and comfortable :-)
We will do our very best to accommodate everyone at their desired timeslots, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your schedule, subject to availability.
The choice of the piece(s) played /sung will be decided with the teacher, but if you already know the name of the piece / song, please write it here
Time available : 1m30 for first years, 2m00 for 2nd years + and singing acts
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- FHK Music students (whether they perform or not) are kindly invited to the event for free.

- Students' guests are welcome (parents, siblings, nannies, close friends: max 5 guests per student). A participation of 100HKD per guest (+4 year old) is kindly asked to cover the rental and logistics costs of the event, and will be invoiced to you by email, a few days before the event date. Tickets must be paid BEFORE December 9th.

- This is a non-profit event (The FHK Music teachers all volunteer). If the money collected exceeds the rental and logistics costs, the excess will be donated to the MAYAA WORLD charity.

- To avoid movements in the audience that could disturb the musicians and in order for each student to feel supported, we ask that each member of the public stays until the end of each round.

- FHK Music team will take photos and videos during the recital, to be shared on a Drive file with the performers' families after the concert, so that each family can collect the pictures and videos of their loved ones.
- Wide shots pictures or videos may also be used on the music school website or Instagram page. By performing and/or attending this recital, you consent to the use of such wide shots pictures or videos by FHK Music for this purpose.

- Close-ups pictures or videos (on which performers' faces can be seen clearly), may also be published online, but only if the families are comfortable with the idea and with their express agreement requested beforehand.
