The Executive Director of the Manistee Downtown Development Authority, Officer of the Police Department, or the City Manager may immediately and without notice revoke a vendor permit.  The revocation can be immediate, or the Executive Director shall send written notice to the vendor at the address or email address set forth in this application.  If a permit is not issued or is revoked, the vendor shall have the right to a hearing before the Executive Director.  Such hearings shall be set within fifteen (15) days of the written notice to the vendor.  If after a hearing, the Executive Director finds that the revocation is supported by a preponderance of the evidence, the permit shall remain revoked.  The vendor shall have the right to appeal to the Board of Directors of the Manistee Downtown Development Authority.

Please email your Food License if applicable and insurance information to director@downtownmanistee.com.  Payment can be made to the Manistee Downtown Development Authority - 400 River Street, Manistee, MI 49660.  Thank you for your interest in being a Street Vendor downtown Manistee.  If approved, you will be provided with a permit, for the dates included in this form, that will need to be displayed during the event.  If more information is needed you will be contacted.
