The RJP Department invites site teams to re-imagine how we address harm in our schools. This team may include the principal, vice principal, counselor, guidance assistant, in-school resource teacher,  IMTSS Coordinator, RJ Coordinator or any other staff member who addresses discipline at your school site.  Staff members attending outside their work hours or calendar days will receive hourly compensation to attend, with the RJP department covering the cost for up to three staff members per school site.
