LEAD (Leaders Engaging Across Difference) is an 8-week premier fellowship focused on the art of authentic leadership. The goal of this cohort is to unpack how Jewish values can transform your leadership style in very CONCRETE ways. The course will focus on defining your leadership style and improving your problem solving skills, navigating interpersonal conflict, and leading "under fire." This class will focus on the skills it takes to effectively lead conversations that move the needle on difficult conversations happening on campus; as we explore the true range of diverse opinions that exist among student leaders at ASU and in the Jewish community. By the end of the course, you will feel more comfortable articulating your leadership style, navigating ambiguous and complicated situations, as well as engaging in difficult conversations with your peers.
